Phionah Collins is a specialist in healthcare and human resource operations, possessing extensive experience in clinical governance, quality assurance, and organisational management within healthcare systems in both the United Kingdom and Africa. Her professional history includes roles within the National Health Service's healthcare institutions across the African health sector, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of international healthcare governance, regulatory frameworks, and quality improvement methodologies. She has previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer (COO) during a hospital merger, where she managed healthcare operations, quality assurance, employee engagement, and learning and development within healthcare human resource systems.
